International Schemes

FT Ductile’s international trade is growing all the time.  Examples of some of the countries we have recently shipped pipe and fittings to, include:

Hungary : Asked to supply a variety of pipe and associated fittings for a fire main in Budapest.  FM approved, BSEN 545, 300mm, 200mm and 100mm ductile iron pipe and fittings were despatched to AGIS Fire in Budapest who installed the equipment on behalf of tyre manufacturer Michelin.

Middle East : 160 FM approved valves and hydrants, along with over 50 hose cabinets and associated fittings were shipped to ERA Energy in Dubai. The goods were provided in association with Mueller in the US and Potter Roemer.  Both dry and wet barrel fire hydrants were supplied.

Jamaica : Pipe has been shipped to Darling St. Pump Station in Jamaica. We have successfully fulfilled 3 separate contracts for pipe ranging from 600mm to 1000mm diameter.

Ireland : 1km x 300mm firemain was supplied to Pallis Foods in Dublin.

Norway :  A variety of steel pipe and stainless steel fittings in sizes 80mm to 200mm diameters were shipped to Norway.

Libya : 1500m of 300mm pipe and 2250m of 200mm pipe has been shipped to Benghazi in Libya.
